Streaming Attendance Information

You can attend workshops virtually by live and interactively streamed program. Once you are registered, we will provide you workshop materials electronically and information to access the live video stream. The workshops are presented from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time with morning, lunch, and afternoon breaks.

Cost

$795 first person for 2-Day Workshop in person or streaming (includes CLE and lunch for in-person attendees)

$595 each additional person for 2-Day Workshop from the same firm (includes CLE)

Registration

Book your registration online for the Funding and Settlement classroom training workshops scheduled for Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 18 from 8:30 am — 5:00 pm. Lunch is provided for in-person attendees. Courtyard by Marriott hotel provides courtesy transportation from the hotel lobby to the workshop and back to the hotel each day. Classroom seating is limited to 12 attendees — early registration is strongly recommended.

Continuing Legal Education Credits

Continuing Legal Education credits are typically approved by the Ohio Supreme Court for 13.5 general CLE hours for the funding workshop. Computers are not required at in-person attendance

Curriculum

The course covers how to implement successful trust funding services in your estate planning firm using the FundingPro™ software system. Software demonstration is included. The program is taught by attorney Scott A. Williams, Esq., an experienced estate planner and co-developer of the FundingPro™ and SettlementPro™ software systems and his partner attorney Raymond J. Casey, Esq. The workshops are designed to train both attorneys and their paralegals. Emphasis is placed on successful and efficient practice systems, software implementation, and concrete instruction on the practical aspects of managing funding activities. Computers are not required for in-person attendees.
